The 3000 Series Diesel Engine

3000 series diesel engine is a new generation of diesel engine developed by Jichai to meet the needs of the increasingly developing petroleum industry and improve the advancement and reliability of drilling equipment in China. This type of diesel engine is developed on the basis of jichai 6000 series diesel engine and draws on the advanced structure and technology of foreign diesel engines. Its power and economic indexes have been greatly improved, and the main performance indexes have reached or are close to the current international advanced level.

The 3000 series diesel engine can meet the power demand of 4000 to 7000 m mechanical drill and electric drill. It can be installed in the same chassis with the torque converter and coupling device to drive the drilling rig or mud pump. It can also be used to match the single and double supporting generators to form the power station and to be used for the power of the fire pump and flood control pump.
