Jichai’s Electrochemical Energy Storage Products Enter Overseas Market for the First Time

According to New Energy Technology Branch on October 15, a set of the company’s energy storage equipment destined for the Eastern European market has recently completed commissioning and inspection at the customer site and officially entered the trial operation stage.

This marks the first overseas expansion of the company’s new energy business, realizing its first overseas sales and application of energy storage products.

This energy storage system mainly consists of one set of 3.44 MWh battery prefabricated cabin, one set of 3 MW converter & step-up integrated unit and one energy management system (EMS). It is deployed to compensate for power supply shortages caused by insufficient transformer capacity and grid power quota, ensuring continuous and stable production for the customer. Integrated with multiple operation strategies including peak shaving and valley filling, peak-valley arbitrage, scheduled curve control and manual control, the system can flexibly adapt to complex working conditions.

During project implementation, the New Energy Technology Branch worked closely with the Overseas Sales & Service Company and other relevant departments. The team fully adapted to local conditions and customer requirements, taking an important step for Jichai’s energy storage business toward large-scale overseas deployment.
